If you send an email, be sure to include your name and the email address you used with your payment!

This will help us find your payment in our system faster and they’ll be able to sort out whatever issue may have popped up with fewer back-and-forth emails.

Here are a few quick steps we recommend:

First, check your spam and/or junk email folders for our first email (hint: it’s from me – Ant)

Gmail Users: Drag and drop the email into the “Primary” tab that’s near the top left of your screen (The “Promotions” & “Updates” tabs are typically to the right of it.)

Using your phone? Tap the 3 dots on the top right corner, tap “Move to” then “Primary.”

Apple Mail Users: Click on our email address located at the top of the email > click “Add to VIPs.”
