Here’s a question I hear a lot: “How do I stay healthy and active while working from home?”

As someone who also works from home, I know how easy it can be to get stuck in your chair all day.

That’s why I’ve developed a quick exercise routine that has helped me stay relaxed and healthy throughout the day.

These exercises are great for your back and help reduce stiffness.

1. Cat-Camel

This exercise is excellent for your back and can be done from your desk without equipment.

2. Kneeling T-Spine Rotations

Another great activity that can help reduce stiffness throughout your back/spine.

3. Foam Rolling

This a type of massage therapy you can do by yourself using items like foam rollers, golf balls, or tennis balls to help loosen tight muscles without needing anyone’s help.

4. Bonus Tip

Make sure to position your eyes 2 to 3 inches below the top of your monitor. This helps avoid craning your neck and hurting your posture.
